Trailer inspections

Apart from providing all repair and maintenance service, we also provide trailer inspection services.
We thoroughly inspect your trailer including the braking system, spring assembly, axel assembly, tyres, body, number plate display, fenders, frame, hitch, identification lamps, reflectors, tow dollies, side marker and clearance lamps.
We make sure that all body parts of your trailer comply with RMS specifications and regulations.

We inspect following body parts of your trailer:
  • 1). BRAKES:
We check your trailer’s the entire braking system.
  • 2). SPRING ASSEMBLY:
We check your trailer’s the entire braking system.
  • 3). AXLE ASSEMBLY:
We check the entire axel assembly, we ensure that all suspension assemblies are secure and U-bolts are not cracked, broken, or loose.
  • 4). TYRES / WHEEL / RIMS:
We check your tyres and wheel.
We make sure that tyres are not mounted or inflated or flat or bulged.
  • 5). WHEEL FASTENERS:
We ensure that wheel fasteners are not loose or broken, or missing.
  • 6). COUPLING DEVICES:
We make sure that coupling should adequately support and maintain control of the towed vehicle without cracks or with excessive wear.
  • 7). SAFETY CHAINS:
We ensure that safety chains be crossed under the hitch and function properly in case of an attachment device fails.
  • 8). FRAME CONSTRUCTION:
We make sure that cross members should not be loose or miss or cracked or bent or rusted to weaken the frame.
We ensure that Body mount, bolts and rivets should not be missing or deteriorated.
  • 9). FENDERS/MUDGUARDS:
We ensure that trailers have either mudguards or fenders.
  • 10). LIGHTING & REFLECTORS:
We inspect all the lamps including tail lamps, stop lamps, turn signal lamps and reflectors.
