Logbook Servicing 

Q: Don’t I have to only go to the original Dealer where I bought my new car in order to get a Log book Service or to maintain my New Car Warranty?
A: NO. New car dealers do not have the right to void your statutory new car warranty just because you had services or repairs done at a service centre different to the dealership that you bought it from. You legally have the right to visit any mechanic or car service centre of your choice to get your Log book service. You should however, make sure that the selected car service centre employs fully qualified mechanics and technicians, and that the services they perform meet manufacturer’s specifications and quality parts are used.

Minor & Major SERVICES WE TAKE CARE of YOUR VEHICLE

Minor Service Include:  
  • All vehicles are road tested before and after a service,
  • Carry out a 71-point safety check
  • Replace engine oil and oil filter
  • Check and adjust all drive belts
  • Inspect spark plugs
  • Check and cleaning of air filters including cabin filter – replace as required
  • Check, front and rear braking system incl handbrake adjustment
  • Check fuel system
  • Check steering and suspension
  • Check battery, including charging
  • Check exhaust system
  • Check and top-up of all fluids including coolant, transmission, power steering and windscreen washers
  • Check and rotate tyres. Check tyre pressures,
  • Check wiper operation
  • Reset service intervals
  • Diagnostic testing & fault reading
  • Full written report of overall vehicle provided for your records
Major Service include:  
Includes all that is carried out in a minor service, and can also include coolant system flush, brake fluid flush, steering system flush, transmission service.  Ask our mechanic for professional advice for your vehicle
